Mom's Review
Mysterious Mittens is so funny! The costumed cats meet their friend, Mittens, on Halloween night while human children trick-or-treat in the background. What will especially delight readers is also in the background: the real Mittens. As the three cats and a turtle costumed as a cat enjoy the night, poor Mittens (dressed as a turtle), looks for them throughout the neighborhood. Funny little details, like koi sporting shark fins, add to the fun in this Halloween story that will have little readers looking for Mittens as he looks for his friends. Go with the flow and don't ask how a turtle got dressed up as a cat and you will have a blast!
