Quentin Blake’s Fantastic Journeys is a fantasy come to life. This collection of Blake’s drawings, grouped thematically, inspires the imagination and incites curiosity. How is that box flying? What is in the water? Will this birds unravel the whole knit? Quentin Blake’s art accompanies the stories of Roald Dahl in my experience - I never knew he did more. And I have missed out. Did you know he had worked on over 500 books? This collection is work he has created for the pure joy of it and the creativity of it is unconstrained. Fantastic Journeys is itself a magical journey- each image will make you wonder.
