I don't know where to start - the sweetness of the story, the delightful child and parent monsters, or the cameo by Ed Emberley's Big Green Monster. Distinct from his father's style, Michael Emberley's art is no less endearing, with expressive characters and beautiful nighttime cityscapes. Emergent and new readers can independently enjoy this EZ reader comic that elegantly merges format and contact to create a satisfying reading experience for young ones. Night Light is a delight.
