I like how realistically the children handle their problems. Basseri represents the complexity of emotions authentically, and conveys healthy ways of handling bullies or fear. Similar to other books published by Kalaniot,
A Turkish Rosh Hashanah offers a story where faith is a natural, integral aspect of life. It is gratifying to see such a portrayl.
