Don't Tie the Knot (Wedding Trouble #1)
By Bianca Blythe
Published May 13, 2018

Why I chose this book:
I've heard great things about Blythe's work, and I had read a novella and really enjoyed it (my only complaint was that it didn't last me longer). When this title became available on Amazon for free download, I snapped it up.

Exciting, fun, and hard to put down.

Blythe's Don't Tie the Knot follows the relationship between Georgiana and Hamish. He is trying to stop the wedding between his brother and her sister. Their first meeting, where sparks of anger and attraction fly is in her bedroom - he has snuck into the wrong bedroom to bribe his brother's intended to cry off. Georgiana does not disabuse him of the notion; instead, she pretends to be her sister and refuses to abandon "her" fiancĂ©. The ruse doesn't last long, and the two work against each other at every opportunity, one for and one against the upcoming nuptials. The real winner is the reader as she gets to watch a battle of wits and wills unfold in brilliant form. Blythe combines mistaken-identity and enemies-to-lovers tropes with an original voice and delightful characters. The plot takes some thrilling turns, and the romance develops organically and just as you'd like. No spoilers here - I don't want to deprive you of a thrilling read. And I cannot wait to read more of Blythe's work myself!
