Uh-Oh! Rabbit is adorably funny. Children will delight in seeing the rabbit's laughably disastrous endeavors to venture "down" after the companion rabbit goes "up."
Repetitive text paired with simple, bold silhouettes will also appeal to the young audience who enjoys chiming in with predictable text. Uh-Oh! Rabbit calls to mind Boynton's "Red Hat, Green Hat, Yellow Hat, Oops!" humor and offers a new option for children who love Boynton's word patterns and for parents who would like something different (or who liked the Bunny Suicides!).
Appropriate for the youngest audience and fun for those of any age who read to them! T found it cute and humorous and thought it would be a good selection for his little cousin R. Mom and Son both approve!
