Rosie Runs is about a dog who runs. After she escapes the dog races, she runs into the city. In the end, Rosie meets a dog at a park and runs with him. The most important part of the story is when she escapes because the book couldn't have taken place if she didn't escape.

Rosie Runs made me feel a tiny bit sad because of how she's treated kind of badly at the dog races. I did like the book, and my favorite part was when she finds the dog at the park. I also loved the illustrations. I recommend this book for dog lovers.
